As our livelihood depends upon the quality and quantity of our fish, we only catch mature tuna using a unique, handline fishing technique, leaving a minimal impact on the ocean ecosystem, and assuring that the population of the species is not exploited. We know you deserve the highest quality food; therefore we take the quality of the tuna used for our jerky extremely seriously. We use only fresh, AAA Grade Tuna, usually reserved for sashimi and sushi, to manufacture our Premium Quality Tuna Jerky.
